MAIN RULE: This is a site that contains mild swearing, extreme adult references, mild nudity, some traces of nuts, minor drug use, and is one helluva twist of fate.

1. Basic Etiquette. Be polite and nice to people. No racism. No.. well that sort of insults based on religion, race, gender or any sort of discrimination! It is not the best idea not to joke about things. Personal Experiences...

2. We may not have a minimum of words, but NO ONE LINERS! Or at least, not many of them... I mean if you are a fairly good RP-er usually and are having an off day or something, I understand. But with a sentence this length, or a slight bit more? That makes me think about how much you are trying.

3. You don't earn respect from staff members, you already have it so respect what your staff members have to say. They put in heaps of effort to keep this place in tact for you and everyone else to enjoy. Staff members will never mean to offend anyone. We're nice people and if we don't agree with you about something please don't think we hate you.

4. Do not. AND I MEAN DO NOT. Mess with the plot. Do not tell Hermione she should love Ron. Do not start accusing Ginny of having to love Harry. It makes everyone pissed off and start fighting and - anyway. We are happy to slightly alter some of it. But only a tiny bit. Nothing drastic.

In other words, don't force your ideas about how it should work onto those you wish it to happen with.

5. Icons must to contain the face of your character's play-by and size of 100x100. Signatures too have a limit. 150x400 pixels. You can use icons if you can't find a whole sig that size. It will be removed by admin if it's too big because it will kill and slow down computers.

6. 1ee+ = NO! For the love of gosh, no! (Leet) In small doses is fine but no full-on 1ee+-age (leet-age). 133+ is words like lol or XD. And when I say no leet I mean RP wise. ‘lol’, ‘XD’, ‘laughs’ all these are incorrect. I, when I started RP-ing, did all of those. It’s an easy mistake, but ya have to learn.

7. Try to, no better yet, DO STAY to the way you’ve described your character. If they are a studious student and rarely talking to people, then that is what they are. If your character is a man-sleeper, then well… stay in character.

8. Respect people's opinions, etc. (word; spices) No flaming, although it is rather tempting. It never solves problems, so don’t be tempted to start.

9. We are all well aware of how people will act through ages 18 onwards. Or well we should be at least, if you want to RP here... So be prepared. Just to make sure no-one starts getting annoyed with one another I have a few other rules... see below;

• ‘Censoring’ threads;
  
• Label threads that may make people 'upset'.
  
• NO, and I mean, NO pregnancies! I swear to some god you get pregnant...*shakes head* Especially guys. Don't you go getting pregnant. Unless, of course, you have consent from both parents and an admin.
  
• Nothing like rape, UNLESS part of some set-up plot.

Don't make me give lectures...please? I suck at them...

10. Er...Support others and their art/graphics/fan fictions! Be a team player!

11. No god-modding please. It does tend to annoy the rest of the board's population. If you have no idea what god-modding means, don't hesitate to ask anyone of us.

12. Okay this is a big one... NO Mary-Sues and Gary-Stus PLEASE. It is a deperate cry out from me, and I'm sure many others. No-one is perfect. So why should your characters be? Note: Mary-Sue and Gary-Stu applications will be rejected with no exceptions.

13. Out of character discussions should be placed before or after and not in between your posts preferably in double parenthesis.

14. We want to make sure that people are obeying the rules and by knowing that you know what the rules are, place the following code phrase in the "extras" section: Crumple-Horned Snorkacks are real.

15. Grammar. Grammar. Grammar. MSN and text talks are not fine. Please have your quotation marks in the right spot, know where to correctly place full stops, know where to space, and have the correct spelling. Oh, and make sure the other role player can understand what you're saying.

16. Please no swearing and inappropriate behaviour. Simple as that.

17. The cbox is for out of character purposes only. If you want one for in character, suggest it in the help section board and the staff will be cool to make one.

18. No bashing and bitching of people and characters. It's not nice.

19. DON'T SPAM AND DON'T ADVERTISE! There's a board somewhere for you to advertise.

20. We have the power to block you from the Cbox if you don't follow these rules.
