Alphina Towers is an alternative universe role play based on J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. This time, set three years after the fall of Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, this site follows the story of students attending the newly established institution of further education for wizards and witches, Alphina College. ROSALINA KAI NO ALLEGIANCE
back to basics

appearance; Though she probably eats like a pig at home and rarely exercises except dancing, Rosa has a surprisingly skinny figure. Unfortunately for her, that's always meant that she's not particularly curvacious. She has a bit of an ass but she's never been happy with her breasts and constantly begs her mum to let her get a boob job.
Rosa has long mousey brown hair with blonde highlights running through to try and cover up it's natural dullness. She cares very much about her looks, and is pretty critical about herself. She has fairly pale skin but she has taken to using he mother's tanning bed at home and of course, the good old make-up trick.

overall personality; Rosalina is girl who seems forever scared of her own life. The fear of disappointing her parents being foremost in her life, she took to studying to become a healer at Alphina Towers, just like her mother before her as it is a worthwhile career which would earn much respect in he wizarding society. Of course, her own desires lead simply to a life in music and creativity, the true reason she was placed in Ravenclaw at school. She practises everyday with her singing and song-writing and when she is let out in Cambridge she leads a party lifestyle at all the local bars and clubs.
However she gets by with her educational life not though passion, but simply through heretic knowledge, which she has gained from her mothers side. Of course, she takes more her father with his ambitious genes.
Her father has supported her thoughout her whole life and kept her secret for him for which she has always been greatful. So whilst she hasn't always necessarily been the good kid, she could never stand when her friends became muggle-haters and slated them and "mud-bloods". That was what she hated most about the Voldemort era. She was never brave enough to join the anti-Voldemort movement, but she secretly supported their muggle-protecting belief.
the deep, dark past
family members; Mother: Maria Headings [witch] Father: Richard Kai [muggle] Half-sister: Michaela Russell [witch] history; 26 years ago, before any even Rosalina was thought of, Maria Headings was living a false life. She was 2 people rolled into one. She was the good daughter having just graduated from Hogwarts and settling to become a healer, kindly set up for her by her wealthy parents. Then she was the death eater loving teenager, still secretly seeing her school sweetheart Jim Russell, a death eater himself.
But of course, that couldn't work out for too long. For one, Jim was arrested in a mass death eater catching session. And secondly, she fell pregnant with his baby, to be named later as Michaela. And so she ran away, from everything. Yes, so this isn't the history of Rosalina so far, but this past is now catching up her as this abandoned baby searches for the truth. But from now on, it's all eyes on Rosalina, the truly spoilt baby.
It was when Maria ran away that she found Richard Kai, a wealthy muggle with his own successful business, and with who's money she fell in love. They later married and a year later, Rosalina came into existance. Hoorah. So yea, they brought up as a normal muggle to start with, attending muggle primary school and such because well, quite frankly, Richard was utterly clueless that she was anything but. The wife he thought to be a businesswoman in London, in actual fact headed off to St Mungo's everyday to work, and Rosalina was showing little signs of magic.
It wasn't until she was aged 8 that Rosalina was sat down by her mother while her father was away and explained "You're a witch darling, now don't freak out.." In secret from there on, she was privately tutored on the magic world by her mother for the next 3 years until an owl arrived with her Hogwarts acceptance letter. They tried to explain away that she was being sent to boarding school to her father but he was having none of it and there was an argument in the household just night before she was sent to Hogwarts, and it just kind of slipped out after all these years of secrets. He was angry, but a man could not hate his own daughter simply because she was, well, different. Of course, it took a few years to warm to it, but he soon accepted it and kept their secret for them.
He was a proud father when Rosalina grauated and for the first year, he explained to his own family that Rosa was simply going on a gap year before university, because well, what university do muggles know that accept NEWTs for entry?! Or even knew what they were for that matter.. He was grateful therefore when the university was opened a year later and proudly told his family that Rosa had been accepted into Cambridge, because well it wasn't that much of a lie, was it...

RP sample; From another of my characters on my old site, Jo: Oh dear god. Potions class that afternoon and Jo was so not looking forward to it. So, low and behold, she decided not to bother.
Yes, Jo had promised but herself, her mother and her brother that she would actually attend classes this year. Her grades were beginning to fall as she went to less and less classes. It had led to one of those conversations back home in the summer. Her mum actually bothered trying to be the caring mother that she had barely been throughout the 17 years of Jo's life. If Daryl hadn't been sat there at the time she'd been made to promise, she most likely wouldn't have bothered.
And she so was actually considering going that class this afternoon until she'd passed her only mate in her class in the corridor earlier that day. See, Gryffindors were sharing Potions with Hufflepuffs once again that year and Jo couldn't stand any of them. They just didn't have a life and seemed to look down on the likes of Jo.
Anyway, so when she passed Camille earlier in the corridors and was informed that she was skipping that class, she lost all motivation to go. She would have had to sit in the class in silence, if not making snide comments at her other classmates. It just wasn't happening. And so she promised her friend she'd meet her in the girl's toilet. A great place to hang out when you should be in class because quite frankly, you'd never get caught there. Or she hadn't in all her time of bunking at Hogwarts.
Jo had not yet had the opportunity to open up to one of her closest girlfriends yet about her guy trouble. It was something Camille often seemed to come to Jo about, but this time it was Jo's problems. Yes, that problem of the returned ex and the current boyfriend, Jay and Alex. And she so needed it. Her brother was great for it and everything, but you sometimes just needed that girly advice.
And so, there strolled in Jo.
"Hey girl," she greeted her friend and she wondered over to the wall that she sat against and leant against the wall herself, sliding comfortably beside her. "How you doing?" she asked casually, turning to face her.
